At El Bazar de Tizar, we work to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Below we detail our shipping policy so you have full transparency on timelines and costs.
1. Order Processing
Processing time: All orders are processed, packed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
Spain (Mainland) and Balearic Islands Estimated delivery: Between 2 and 5 business days. Standard shipping: €4.99 for orders under €50.00. FREE shipping on orders over €50.00.
Portugal (Mainland) Estimated delivery: Between 3 and 5 business days. Standard shipping: €5.99 for orders under €50.00. FREE shipping on orders over €50.00.
Europe (European Union) Estimated delivery: Between 5 and 8 business days. Standard shipping: €8.95 for orders under €70.00. FREE shipping on orders over €70.00.
⚠️ Excluded territories: We currently do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira or the Azores.
Please note: Total delivery time from purchase to delivery is the sum of processing time + transit time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's platform to check the status of your delivery in real time.
4. Incidents and Liability
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (carrier strikes, extreme weather conditions or carrier operational errors). However, we are committed to helping you manage any incident that may arise.
5. Receiving Your Order
When you receive your package:
- Check that the number of items matches your order.
- ⚠️ Important: If the packaging shows visible damage, this must be noted on the carrier's delivery note at the time of signing in order to process any subsequent claim.
