Returns and Refunds Policy

This Policy governs the terms and conditions for exercising the Right of Withdrawal, the management of defective products, and the refund procedure for purchases made at www.elbazardetizar.com.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Any User acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Detail Condition
Period 14 calendar days from the date on which the User or an authorised third party receives the product.
Product Condition The product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories, manuals and wrappings intact.
Return Cost The User shall bear the direct cost of transport or shipping to return the products. No restocking fees apply.
Exclusions No returns are accepted for unsealed personal hygiene products once the safety seal has been removed, perishable goods, personalised items or digital content already accessed.

1.1 Withdrawal Procedure

  • Notification: The User must inform El Bazar de Tizar by completing the following Withdrawal Form.
  • Return Shipment: The User must send the goods to our address: Calle Jardín de la Duquesa 28, 28032 Madrid, Spain.
  • Shipping Method: For withdrawals, the customer arranges shipping with the carrier of their choice. We do not provide return labels in this case.
  • Shipping Deadline: The package must be sent within a maximum of 14 calendar days after notification.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING ERRORS

If the product is defective or not the one ordered:

  • Deadline: Contact us within a maximum of 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • Costs: El Bazar de Tizar will cover all collection and reshipment costs.
  • Label: In this case, we will provide a free return label or arrange collection from your address.

3. LEGAL WARRANTY

  • Period: New products carry a three-year warranty from delivery (one year for refurbished items).
  • Exclusions: Does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or third-party tampering.

4. REFUND POLICY

Once the product has been verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Reason for Refund Amount Refunded
Withdrawal Product price + original shipping costs (standard method). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Defect or Error Full amount (Product + original shipping + return costs).

Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply for returned products.
