Shopify Payments
Our store uses Shopify Payments as its primary payment processor. Shopify Payments is a secure and certified payment solution that meets the highest industry security standards (PCI DSS Level 1).
When is the charge made?
The charge is made immediately upon order confirmation for all accepted payment methods:

- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Additional Security with Google Pay and Apple Pay
- Google Pay: Uses tokenization and never shares your actual card details. Each transaction is protected with a unique virtual account number.
- Apple Pay: Each purchase is authorized with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. Apple does not store or share your card details with merchants.
Important: El Bazar de Tizar will never request sensitive payment information from you via email, phone, or any other means outside of our secure payment platform.
Currency
All prices displayed in our store are in Euros (EUR), VAT included.
If you make a payment from outside the Eurozone, your bank or financial institution may apply a currency exchange fee. These fees are beyond El Bazar de Tizar's control and are the customer's responsibility.
Payment Verification
To ensure transaction security and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity or the validity of the payment before processing the order. This may include:
- Identification document (DNI, NIE, or passport)
- Proof of address
- Confirmation of card ownership
- Screenshot of bank statement (with sensitive data hidden)
If we cannot verify the information within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Rejected Payments

What to do if your payment is rejected?

Invoicing
With each purchase you will receive:
- Order confirmation: Immediate email after placing the order with a summary of your purchase
- Simplified invoice: Will be sent by email once the order is processed
Invoice with company details
If you need an invoice with specific company details (company name, tax ID, billing address), please:
- Indicate it in the order notes during checkout
- Or contact us at info@elbazardetizar.com immediately after placing the order
Important: Invoices with company details must be requested before the order is shipped.
Refunds
In case of a return or order cancellation, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund timelines:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on the issuing bank)
- Google Pay: 5-10 business days (refund will be reflected on the linked card)
- Apple Pay: 5-10 business days (refund will be reflected on the linked card)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
The timeline may vary depending on your bank. Once the refund is processed by us, the crediting time depends on the payment processor and your bank.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to pay with a card on your website?
Yes, absolutely safe. We use SSL/TLS encryption technology and comply with PCI DSS Level 1 standards. Furthermore, we do not store your full card details thanks to tokenization.
How does Google Pay work?
Google Pay uses the cards you already have saved in your Google account. When paying, simply select Google Pay and confirm the transaction on your device. Your card details are never shared with us.
Can I use Apple Pay from any device?
Apple Pay is available on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac. You need to have Apple Pay set up on your device with at least one valid card in your Wallet.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Currently, we do not offer the cash on delivery option. We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Can I pay in installments?
Depending on your bank or financial institution, you may be able to finance your purchase through your credit card. Check with your bank for available financing options.
Do you store my payment information?
We do not store your full card details. We use tokenization to protect your information. If you use Google Pay or Apple Pay, your data is securely managed by Google or Apple respectively.
What do I do if my bank asks for additional authorization?
Some banks require additional authentication (3D Secure) for added security. You will receive an SMS or notification from your bank to confirm the purchase. Simply follow your bank's instructions.
